Stargate SG-1 (season 7)

Archeologists found a mysterious ring all covered with various symbols and hieroglyphs, during the excavation in 1928. They have spent lots of time figuring out the meaning of the symbols. But results were nothing. So a skilled egyptologist named Jackson was invited to do this job. He managed to make out the ring is a specific portal to another world. Jackson and colonel ONeil get to explore this world. Together they are to learn the world full of secrets and very similar to ancient Egypt.
